Abstract
The paper concludes that reflective responsibility overcomes the weaknesses of traditional concepts of responsibility and at the same time retains their strength of being able to deal with uncertainty. The theory of reflective responsibility therefore offers a plausible course of action for companies that want to be the ethical companies of the future.
