Abstract
Two separate analyses of CLAS data from the E2 run period have extracted detailed information about nuclear correlations. Observations of scaling for the cross section ratios of nuclei to 3He in (e,e′) at xb>1 allow for the extraction of the relative probability of short range correlations in nuclei. Direct observations of 2 nucleon knockout in the reaction 3He(e,e′pp)n in specific kinematics show a convincing signature of short range correlations in nuclei, and allow for a measurement of the relative and total momentum distributions of a correlated pair in 3He.
