Abstract
Recent spectroscopy studies performed in high energy ep collisions by the H1 and ZEUS Collaborations are described. The status of the searches for the strange pentaquark, the θ+, is presented as well as results on searches for further exotic states such as the Σââ. The evidence for the observation of a pentaquark state containing the charmed quark, the θc, is discussed and the result is given on searches for glueball candidates at HERA.
