Abstract
Energy spectra, intensity and composition of the CERN to Gran Sasso CNGS neutrino beam for νμâÎ½Ï and νμâνe oscillation searches are presented. The associated beam systematics, which is the major ingredient for the νμâνe search sensitivity, are obtained from the study of the previous CERN West Area Neutrino Beam.
