Abstract
The τ−→π−π−π+π0π0ντ and τ−→3h−2h+ντ decays have been studied using the BaBar experiment at the PEP-II e+e− storage ring. Preliminary branching fractions are given for the τ−→π−π−π+π0π0ντ and to the sub-channels τ−→ηπ−π0ντ and τ−→ω(782)π−π0ντ. A preliminary upper limit is given on the branching fraction for the ϕ(1020)π−π0ντ mode. In addition a preliminary measurement of the branching fraction of the τ−→3h−2h+ντ decay (h=π,K) is presented.
