Abstract
Search for the Lepton Flavor Violation has a long history since the discovery of muon. The MEG experiment, a new experiment to search for the Lepton Flavor Violating decay μâeγ, is approved and being build at the Paul Scherrer Institut, Switzerland. The status of preparations of the experiment, in particular, the liquid Xe scintillation gamma ray detector, is briefly described.
