RETRACTED: Fractional description of super and subdiffusion

Reason: it was brought to his attention that the paper “Fractional description of super and subdiffusion” by Remi-Ahmad El-Nabulsi, published in Physics Letters A in 2005, contains material that was taken from a previously published paper by K.V. Chukbar in Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Physics in 1995. After carefully reviewing both papers it was determined that the article indeed contains a great deal of text that is identical to the paper published by Chukbar without appropriate attribution. The original publication is “Stochastic transport and fractional derivatives”. K. V. Chukbar, Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Physics 81 (5), 1025-1029 (November 1995).
