Abstract
A targeted antitumor drug delivery system based on the nanocomposite of UiO-66 embedded with bioactive Ag NCs by using AS1411 aptamer as the template (denoted by UiO-66@AgNCs@Apt@DOX) was prepared in a modified one-pot reaction and can be applied as a promising targeted drug delivery platform for cancer therapy.306
