Abstract
⺠We identified policies, incentives, and regulations applicable to community wind in Oregon. ⺠We interviewed project representatives and governmental officials. ⺠Results were analyzed from strategic, tactical, and operational perspectives. ⺠We concluded the paper by proposing policy prescriptions for community wind development.
