Abstract
The papers in this collection show that the growing body of knowledge on economic growth can be used to improve forecasts of future economic performance and other variables related to economic growth. The papers also show that assumptions matter and that the sectoral sources and the determinants of growth matter, and that not all members of the population benefit equally from economic growth.
