Abstract
A 3D pillared-layer cadmium (II) metal-organic framework (MOF) of [Cd(TMA)(DPP)0.5∙H2O]n (noted as CdL, H2TMA = 3-thiophenemalonic acid, DPP = 1,3‑di(4‑pyridyl)propane) were synthesized through a facile precipitation method at room temperature. As an efficient chemiresistive humidity sensing material, the CdL MOF exhibits high sensitivity, good repeatability, small hysteresis, as well as short response and recovery times.147
