Abstract
⺠Farming resources (land, buildings) make gentrification possible 'from within'. ⺠Non-commercial farming is not limited to hobby farming. ⺠Non-commercial farmers alter their land use for recreation and lifestyle aims. ⺠Farmers are consumers of farming lifestyles and amenities. ⺠Post-productivist agricultural policies encourage gentrification.
