Abstract
⺠The Today for Tomorrow program helped BMW become an age-appropriate workplace. ⺠A series of small changes improved the efficiency of a production line. ⺠The program contained two overarching frames that highlighted its initiatives. ⺠These frames are age as a valuable resource and BMW as a responsible organization. ⺠BMW used episodic and thematic framing to localize and globalize the issue.
