Abstract
This paper explores the complete synchronization of chaotic neural networks with time delays by intermittent control with two switches in a control period. Some sufficient conditions for complete synchronization are derived by using Lyapunov stability theory. Numerical simulations are also presented to show their good agreements with the theoretical analysis.
