Abstract
⺠Underwater grinding process models based on MRR are developed. ⺠A 3-linear axis underwater grinding robot was prototyped and tested. ⺠The grinding models were experimentally validated. ⺠The work allows a good understanding of underwater grinding mechanism on power consumption. ⺠The models are intended to be integrated in a robotic underwater grinding system.
