Abstract
⺠Scheduling algorithm that composes plans which predict the completion time of tasks. ⺠This scheduler is part of the Distributed Goal-Oriented Computing paradigm. ⺠Goal-Oriented paradigm increases OS fault-tolerance and makes it adaptive. ⺠The scheduler prioritizes those tasks which provide greater benefits to the OS.
