Abstract
⺠Sparse channel estimation and equalization in impulsive noise are addressed. ⺠The new approaches are based on the minimization of the absolute error function. ⺠The resulting problem can be efficiently solved by linear programming. ⺠It is more robust against outlier and accurate than conventional schemes.
