Abstract
												⺠First study focused on sun and beach gay tourism. ⺠Gay tourist expenditure is higher than average expenditure to tourists as a whole. ⺠RBV provides a useful alternative approach to destination competitiveness. ⺠Most valuable resources: weather, gay scene, nightlife, gay friendliness and beaches. ⺠BMA method yields more accurate and less biased results than conventional techniques.
