Abstract
Of particular interest was that although the findings from the closed questions were very similar to other research (Int. J. Contemp. Hosp. Manage. 6(14) (2002) 294), the focus group discussion identified quite a different perspective: that price should not be considered along with other attributes but needs special consideration. The research identified 'trigger points' which play an important part in the potential guest purchase decision process.
