Abstract
ⶠPer year, 1.3 m2 impervious surface is added per private parcel. ⶠTransitions from pervious garden to impervious elements occur close to the house. ⶠParcel characteristics are correlated with transitions to impervious area. ⶠ3 logistic regression models predict new imperviousness on pixel scale in the parcel.
