Abstract
⺠SiCN ceramic-graphite as anode material for lithium-ion batteries. ⺠Simple synthesis and cheap substrates. ⺠Good high rate capability of composite. ⺠Ceramic serves mostly as stabilizing matrix. ⺠Graphite intercalates lithium and supplies the paths for electronic contact.
