Abstract
⺠The external quantum efficiency spectrum covers the entire solar power spectrum. ⺠The photovoltaic range is â¼7-14 times broader than that of CdS and CdSe. ⺠The photocurrent that Ag2Se generates is four times higher than that of N3 dye. ⺠The best Ag2Se cell yields an efficiency of 3.12% under 9.7% sun. ⺠The first demonstration of solar cells sensitized with Ag2Se quantum dots.
