Abstract
⺠The drastic Pt electrode weight-loss is observed by EQCM in the presence of H2O2. ⺠The ICP data explain that the Pt weight-loss is caused by the Pt dissolution. ⺠The Pt dissolution accelerates with the increasing H2O2 concentration. ⺠H2O2 is a major factor contributing to the Pt dissolution.
