Abstract
► Doped LiMn0.95M0.05PO4 synthesized and showed little deviation in lattice parameters. ► Temperature controlled the charge/discharge performance rather than cut-off voltage. ► Co-doped LiMnPO4 showed discharge capacity of 151.9, 149.3 mAh g−1 at 4.4 and 4.8 V. ► The electron flowing and Li+ diffusion in doped LiMnPO4 were proposed.
