Abstract
⺠A phase-controllable TiO2 film was directly onto transparent conductive oxide glass. ⺠Either a single layer or a bilayer-structured TiO2 film can be obtained. ⺠The bilayer-structured film outperformed the monolayer-structured films by 50%.
