Abstract
The structure of {[Mn(μ-ox)(H2O)2] · H2O}n could be described as one-dimensional chain structure in which Mn atoms are bis-bidentately bridged by oxalates in cis-configuration. Magnetic interactions mediated by bridging oxalates and interchain hydrogen bonds result in the long-range antiferromagnetic ordering below TN = 2.82(5) K, which is determined by the specific heat measurement.
