Abstract
Fluorescence spectrometry was used to investigate fluorescence quenching of ethidium bromide-DNA complex by a well defined di-bipyridyl ruthenium(II) complex of p-tert-butyltetrathiacalix[4]arene via the DNA-mediated electron transfer mechanism.
