Abstract
As a result of the hydrogen interactions the molecules of four Ni(II) complexes with isothiosemicarbazide tend to associate into the characteristic 2D blocks separated by S-methyl moieties. In two cases, the further hydrogen bonds involving anions connect these blocks enabling the transformation of 2D into the 3D supramolecular structures.
