Abstract
New arylcarboxamide derivatives 2 were synthesized and a preliminary evaluation of their affinity towards Ï1 and Ï2 receptors was performed by radioligand binding assay. Some derivatives showed an interesting affinity towards Ï1 receptor subtype and a good selectivity.
