Abstract
Novel N-alkyldeoxynojirimycins (NADNJs) with two hydrophobic groups attached to a nitrogen linker on the alkyl chain were designed. A novel NADNJ 24 containing a terminal tertiary amide was discovered that was a potent inhibitor against BVDV, Dengue, and Tacaribe.
