Abstract
Compound 4â²-(4-bromophenyl)-1â²-methyldispiro[acenaphthylene-1,2â²-pyrrolidine-3â²,2â³-indane]-2,1â³(1H)-dione (4c) was found to be the most active with MIC of 12.50 μM.
