Abstract
Pyrolidine ring in the N-acylphenylalanine class of VLA-4 antagonists has been successfully replaced by a 4,5-dihydro-5-methylisoxazoline and resulting derivative (14p) found to be potent in the series and also found to be metabolically stable in vitro.
