Abstract
A series of polyhydric, amino alcohol and tricyclic derivatives were synthesized by D-ring modification of isosteviol. Cytotoxic activities evaluation showed 15-α-aminomethyl-16-β-hydroxyl isosteviol ethyl ester as the most potent inhibitory activities to EC9706 with IC50 value of 4.01 μM.
