Abstract
The in vitro affinity of a series of N-substituted N-methyl-8-aminopentacyclo[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]undecanes for monoamine transporters DAT, NET, and SERT, is reported. Compound 12 was identified as a high affinity DAT ligand with excellent selectivity over the NET and SERT.
