Abstract
In the present investigation novel series of 4-substituted-1-(8-hydroxy-quinolin-5-yl)-azetidin-2-ones are synthesized, screened for in vitro anti-filarial activity against Brugia malayi. In silico molecular docking analysis of title compounds performed in to the active site of enzyme glutathione-S-transferases.
