Abstract
Different with MACPn (n = 4, 7, 8, 9), MACP6 can selectively stabilize the 12 bp intermolecular G-quadruplex by shape-complementary mode. MACP6 also can discriminate the parallel and antiparallel forms of T12 G-quadruplex.63
