Abstract
A series of novel tetronic acid derivatives containing substituted phenylhydrazine moiety were synthesized. Most target compounds exhibited remarkable antifungal activity. The 3D-QSAR study involving CoMFA and CoMSIA were generated to provide a tool for guiding further structure modification.
