Abstract
Anti-cancer activity of a number of C-12 substituted-14-deoxy-andrographolide derivatives against 60 human cancer cell line panel at National Cancer Institute (N.C.I.), USA showed potent inhibitory to cytotoxicity against most of the cell lines compared to naturally occurring andrographolide (I).
