Abstract
Various 1-(substituted/unsubstituted benzylidene)-4-(4-(6,8-dibromo-2-(methyl/phenyl)-4-oxo quinazolin-3(4H)-yl)phenyl) semicarbazide derivatives 5a-5n were designed and synthesized. Antiepileptic screening of the title compounds revealed the significant activity of title compounds both in MES and scPTZ model.
