Abstract
The synthesis and biological evaluation of a series of heterocyclic ring-substituted 4,4-dimethyl lithocholic acid derivatives are reported for the first time. The active compound 14b displayed potent inhibitory activity on protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B with IC50 value of approximately 1.62 μM.
