Abstract
Novel C-aryl glucoside SGLT2 inhibitors containing pyridazine motif were designed and synthesized for biological evaluation. Among various analogs, methylthio-pyridazine 32l demonstrated the best in vitro inhibitory activity against hSGLT2 in this series to date (IC50Â =Â 13.4Â nM).
