Abstract
A series of N-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-2-(piperazin-1-yl)acetamide analogs were synthesised, evaluated for anti-inflammatory and ulcerogenic activity. In silico study reveal the binding interactions of N-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-2-(piperazin-1-yl)acetamide analogs with COX-2 protein and is in agreement with the in vivo anti-inflammatory activity.
