Phenolic glycosides from Alangium salviifolium leaves with inhibitory activity on LPS-induced NO, PGE2, and TNF-α production

Three new phenolic glycosides, salviifosides A−C (1-3), were isolated from the leaves of Alangium salviifolium (Alangiaceae). The anti-inflammatory activities of compounds (1−3) were investigated on LPS-induced RAW 264.7. Salviifoside B (2) potentially inhibits the productions of NO, PGE2, and TNF-α.
