Abstract
⺠We established a method for multi-dose irradiation of cell cultures within a 96-well plate. ⺠Equations to adjust to preferable dose levels are produced and provided. ⺠Up to eight different dose levels can be tested in one microplate. ⺠This method results in fast and reliable estimation of radiation dose-response curves.
