Abstract
âºThe relation of complex I and Na+ was previously studied by an original approach. âºWe developed an innovative methodology using 23Na NMR spectroscopy. âºThe method had the advantage of directly monitoring changes in Na+ concentration. âºIntegration of the resonance frequency peak is most accurate for Na+ quantification.
