Abstract
⺠235 conserved and novel miRNAs were identified from Plutella xylostella larvae using deep sequencing. ⺠A number of miRNAs were identified to be differentially expressed following parasitization with Diadegma semiclausum. ⺠The differentially expressed miRNAs are presumed to be involved in immune pathways.
