Abstract
⺠MicroRNAs are â¼22 nucleotide non-coding RNAs produced in all eukaryotes. ⺠MicroRNAs are key regulators of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. ⺠In insects, microRNAs are involved in various functions, including development, immunity and host-pathogen interactions.
