Abstract
⺠Serpin-3-proteinase complexes were isolated by immunoaffinity chromatography. ⺠HP8, PAP-1, and PAP-3 were identified in complex with serpin-3 by immunoblot and proteomic analysis. ⺠Active HP8 formed a SDS-stable complex with recombinant serpin-3 in vitro.
