Abstract
⺠IPPA152201, a nitroconjugated neonicotinoid, showed good toxicity against Nilaparvata lugens. ⺠IPPA152201 acts on insect nAChRs as an agonist. ⺠IPPA152201 efficacy on Nlα1/β2 was little influenced by Y151S mutation.
