Abstract
⺠Deltamethrin concentrations caused oxidative stress in Cyprinus carpio. ⺠Treatment with lycopene provided a protective effect against the oxidative stress induced by deltamethrin. ⺠However, further investigations are necessary to elucidate the exact mechanism of protection and the potential usefulness of lycopene as a protective agent against deltamethrin and other pesticide toxicity.
